<p>To celebrate 21 years of Bourke Street Bakery, we launched a design competition and were blown away by the creativity of the entries.</p> <p>The winning design by Hallie Evans, a Sydney-based creative, draws inspiration from the breads and pastries she loves at our Marrickville bakery. Using slices of sourdough, ciabatta, and baguette as stamps, Hallie created a bold artwork that celebrates the heart of Bourke Street Bakery.</p> <p>Now featured on our limited-edition T-shirt, this collection is a wearable piece of our story.</p>

<p>Our Olive Oil and Balsamic Dipping Dish is made exclusively for Bourke Street Bakery. Fill with Bourke Street Bakery Extra Virgin Olive Oil on its own and or with balsamic vinegar to dip our Fresh Sourdoughs for a pre-dinner entree or a centre piece when entertaining.
